Advocacy Leaders Symposium – Birmingham  24 and 25 January 2024

Advocacy Leaders Symposium – Birmingham  24 and 25 January 2024

The leaders in the advocacy network are hosting a two day advocacy symposium in January. If you’re a leader in the advocacy sector, have ideas about how we can work together to address the strategic issues impacting advocacy delivery and want an opportunity to connect with advocacy colleagues over a two-day facilitated event, then contact Advocacy@ndti.org.uk to find out more and book your place.

The event is a great opportunity for advocacy leaders across the advocacy community to come together to think and plan how we work together to address the current important issues impacting the delivery of advocacy.

 The symposium aims to:
Support unity across the advocacy sector and help us create a stronger shared voice.
The development of a shared strategy for addressing key issues impacting advocacy delivery.
Provide a space to shape how we want the leaders in the advocacy network to function.

The event is open to people working in advocacy with strategic responsibility and direction of their advocacy service. This event is targeted at senior leadership – ideally at Chief Executive Level. Due to logistics and costs, up to 2 representatives per organisation are able to book spaces. Guests, including people with lived experience and colleagues who have strategic connections with advocacy, will also be invited.

The event will be facilitated by Madeline Cooper of NDTi, supported by members of the leadership network.
